    Position Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

    Job Overview: GS&C Ltd is significantly expanding its London office and is seeking experienced student recruiters with a strong background in the student recruitment industry. We welcome applications from those with relevant skills and experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruit students and achieve a minimum monthly target of five students who pass university interviews.
    • Represent GS&C Ltd at events and effectively communicate with potential clients, opinion leaders, and universities.
    • Utilize social media platforms for marketing and advertising.
    • Generate and follow up on recruitment leads.

    Key Skills and Experience:

    • Fluent in English with the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
    • Strong networking and communication skills.
    • Minimum of one year's experience in a customer-focused role.
    • Proficient in using various social media platforms for marketing.
    • Creative marketing skills.

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary: £1500 per calendar month
    • Bonus: £500 once ten students are recruited, plus £50 for each additional student over five, payable after successful interview passes.
    • Pay: Open to negotiation/hour
    • Additional Pay: Bonus scheme and commission pay

    Working Hours:

    • Flexible hours between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM
    • Monday to Friday
    • Expected hours: 35 per week.

    Requirements:

    • At least one year of recruitment experience.
    • Work authorization in the United Kingdom.
    • Work location: In person.

    Care Assistant qualifications and skills

    • Certification of trainings
    • Will to obtain on-the-job training on Adult Care or Children & Young People Work Force at a Level 3 Diploma.

    Roles

    • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting.
    • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed clothes.
    • Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients.
    • Accompany clients to medical appointments.
    • Observe, monitor and record clients’ physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
    • Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.

    Required and preferred skills for this positions to include:

    • Education, personal relationship soft skills
    • Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
    • Hard, team worker and flexible working.
